Can we have the DJ stay longer than 4 hours?

Absolutely. We are accustomed to being the first person in / last person out of the party. Just Let the DJ know and he will remain as long as you need at an adjusted hourly rate of $95.00.

When should we book our meeting?

Although it is best to reserve your date at least 6-9 months in advance, your are always welcome to give us a call and check availability for a specific date.

What is your payment policy?

There is a 15% non-refundable booking fee. This retainer guarantees the date and time of your party. In the event that you have to cancel, we will refund your booking fee if we book another event to replace the original date you contracted. The balance is due by or before the date of the event and before it begins. Cash, money order, or a cashier's check is accepted. We do not accept personal checks within 14 days of the event.

What is a video montage?

This is a series of photos, interviews, and video snig-bits combined as a video music tribute to the bride & groom. This collage is played for your guests immediately before the wedding couple's first dance. One copy will be given to the bride or groom on a DVD. Additional copies are available for $20.00 each.

Can we have more than one video screen?

If the size and layout of the room permits, we will be more than happy to provide an extra projection screen at a nominal fee.

Can you travel out of town?

Sure. As a matter of fact, a significant number of our clients are based outside of the Las Cruces area. We do charge a small travel fee; however, we will reduce this fee if you provide overnight accommodations.
